Purchasing a home is a significant decision—likely the largest purchase you'll ever make. That's why it's crucial to provide accurate information throughout the application process. Please take time to answer each question carefully, and make sure to gather the documents we request.
Documents You’ll Need at minimum for a REAL pre-approval:

W-2 or Salary Employees: Most recent 30 days of pay stubs.

Military or DFAS Employees: Most recent LES (Leave and Earnings Statement).

Self-Employed: Two years of personal and business tax returns (all pages, schedules, and attachments).

Two months of bank statements for all accounts you list.

If you have retirement accounts (401k, TSP) or investment accounts (stocks, bonds), please include those too. Even if you don’t plan to use these funds, listing them strengthens your financial profile.

Be sure to remove any freezes or blocks on your credit reports. We’ll need access to your credit history to complete the pre-approval process.
